Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:

• Aprons
• Barware (glasses, decanters, etc.)
• Cutlery
• Any items intended for direct food or drink contact

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Family Furniture Hub.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Not from the non-returnable categories listed in section 2

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and product details
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
3. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and include your Returns Authorisation number
4. Ship the package to the address we provide (we recommend using a tracked service)

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, follow the return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
